1. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Due to high demand, orders may take 2 to 4 weeks to arrive. If you have any concerns about the status of your order, please email us at MarketMixHelp@gmail.com.

2. What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy. If you would like to return an item, please make sure it is in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To start a return, please contact us at MarketMixHelp@gmail.com. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. What should I do if my item is damaged or defective?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please inspect it upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. Can I exchange an item?

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. Once your return is accepted, you can proceed with the new purchase.

5. Can I return sale items or gift cards?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All sale items and gift cards are final sale.

6. How long does it take to receive a refund?

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If your return is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

7. What if I haven't received my refund after 15 business days?

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at MarketMixHelp@gmail.com.
